What to Bring to Camp
WHAT WE PROVIDE: Y.O.U. provides meals, snacks, coffee, coco, and water for participants and their family while at camp. Snacks usually consist of granola bars and chips. How many meals we serve depends on how long camp is.
FOOD ALLERGY/SENTITIVITY: We can help a LITTLE with picky eaters and food sensitivities. For example, we serve burgers at most of our camps, so if you don’t want cheese we can accommodate that. But that is about as far as it goes. So if you have a picky eater or a child or adult with food allergies or sensitivities, you need to bring food for them.
EQUIPMENT: For all of our camps, here are some things you should ALWAYS BRING!
- a chair for around the camp fire
- camping equipment (tent, trailer, etc, sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, heater, etc)
- a jacket
- clothing layers (ie short sleeved and long sleeved shirts, leggings or thermal underwear) you never know when the weather will change so be prepaired
- rain gear ( water proof jacket or poncho)
- boots or hiking shoes – NO SANDALS
- good socks (this will go a long way to save your feet)
- water or any other drink you want

HUNTING EQUIPMENT: this will depend on what we are hunting but here is a list of some things to think about. Some of the things listed are things you should have your hunting pack and most hunters carry. We don’t take the kids on long hikes so you can do without some of it. These are just ideas and not a complete list.
