Becoming a mentor and/or a volunteer with YOU can be a fulfilling experience that allows you to share your love and knowledge of hunting with others. As a mentor, you can help beginners understand the rules and regulations of hunting, as well as teach them important skills such as patience, identifying animal tracks, and how to read maps. Additionally, you can help instill a sense of ethics and responsibility in your mentee, emphasizing the importance of safety and conservation. As you guide your mentee through the hunting experience, you may also find that you learn new things about the sport and gain a deeper appreciation for the natural world.
