2022 Junior Turkey Camp
This year’s camp was amazing as always. We held it at the lower spot due to an impending storm, which fortunately never came. As always turkey camp weather is hard. This time it was windy, oh so windy almost the entire time. Woody was unable to attend, but our volunteers did him justice and put on an amazing camp. In this camp we had 179 participants; 73 were new to camp and 12 turkey’s were harvested through this camp. Although we only had 9 mentors there, we did extremely well making sure everyone had an opportunity at a mentor who needed one. I am extremely proud of our volunteers and mentors and really hope you all had a great time.
