This is Why We Do It
A couple of weeks ago, I may have shot the biggest Javelina boar I’ll ever shoot. I’ll remember it.
A couple of weeks ago, I also won a 6.5 Creedmoor raffled rifle. An older boy won it first (Joseph Davidson). He said he had won a rifle already, so he chose to have it raffled again. Then it just so happened to be me who won it.
If I ever win a rifle again that isn’t necessary (because I’ve won one already) I intend to do what the boy did for me, and have it raffled again for someone else who doesn’t have one yet.
Since moving to Arizona this summer, these hunts for me have been a hell of a great adventure.
P.S. I don’t just enjoy the hunt itself, but I also enjoy the mentors and eating what I shoot.
